About the job:
The Commercial Gallery attendant will be responsible for the maintenance of the Commercial gallery, performing activities such as stocking operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing and customer service. Planning and executing activities to drive sales.
The Commercial Gallery attendant will be responsible for the maintenance of the Commercial gallery, performing activities such as stocking operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing and customer service. Planning and executing activities to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a complaint and safe shop environment.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Plan publicity campaigns with the social media team to drive sales.
Facilitate payment process for products and services.
Goods receipt - Take delivery of incoming products.
Ensure accuracy of the shop’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, sales and returns.
Manage inventory/ supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
Mounting and display of art pieces.
Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction.
Facilitate customer satisfaction survey
Generating reports on shop activities.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the role.
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the field of accounting and arts will be an advantage.
