Samlara Baah Koduah


Samlara leads Social Transformation at the 24-Hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development under the Office of the President of Ghana. She is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing innovative solutions to drive economic development, improve infrastructure, and empower marginalized communities. As the Founder and CEO of Loo Works, she led efforts to address critical gaps in sanitation from 2014 to 2024. Samlara is also the visionary behind Ohemaa AI, a maternal health platform revolutionizing the way African women access fertility and postpartum care through technology.

Samlara has extensive experience in sub-Saharan Africa. She has cultivated partnerships with international development organizations, government entities, and private enterprises. Samlara is a fellow with Echoing Green, Halcyon, and the Harvard Social Innovation and Change Initiative (SICI). She holds an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
