Nubuke+ is a cultural R&D lab that extends Nubuke Foundation’s core curatorial work with boundary-pushing art and experimentation.

The maiden edition of Nubuke+ features work by Nyahan Tachie-Menson, Jeremiah Obuobi, Frederick Quansah, and students from Design Academy Eindhoven. This programme is brought to you in collaboration with Studio Digital Native.


What We Offer

   
Workshops are held on-site at Nubuke Foundation in East Legon, Accra, and are open to individuals of all ages and experience levels. 

Sessions run every Friday and Saturday, with two time slots available each day: a morning session from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and an afternoon session from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Participants can choose from a rotating selection of crafts each month, including kente weaving, batik tie and dye, painting, clay work, and beading.

Children’s Workshops 

   
We also offer painting workshops that are designed specifically for children. These workshops take place on Fridays and Saturdays, with two sessions: a session in the morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the afternoon.

The fee per session is GHS 100 per child.
