Key Qualifications & Skills:


An HND or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Humanities, Arts Management or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: AI/Digital skills is an advantage
Interest or background in the arts and cultural sector is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Support financial procedures, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Ensure organizational compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist with coordination and execution of events and projects.
- Utilize digital tools to streamline and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
