Kweku’s works reflect his diverse background in graphic design, media, advertising, music, and photography. His use of digital mediums, charcoal drawings, and acrylics creates subtle yet profound interpretations of people and subjects.

Nubuke Foundation is proud to present U Can’t Hide, a solo exhibition by Kweku Adu-Gyamfi Opoku, a seasoned Graphic Designer and Creative Director with a career spanning over two decades. Trained at Cardiff College of Art in Wales, Kweku’s professional journey has seen him as a Creative Director in Ghana's advertising industry, a Director at the National Film and Television Institute, and currently, a Design and Brand Consultant.

Returning to his artistic roots, Kweku’s works reflect his diverse background in graphic design, media, advertising, music, and photography. His use of digital mediums, charcoal drawings, and acrylics creates subtle yet profound interpretations of people and subjects. Each piece carries layers of influence from history, sociology, and philosophy, revealing a depth of thought and a grasp of interdisciplinary subjects.

The exhibition title, U Can’t Hide, encapsulates the artist's intention to share years of accumulated creativity and ideas. As Kweku himself states, “It gets to a point where you need to share what you have and what is going on in your head. You really cannot hide knowledge, in whatever form it takes. So this exhibition is my little contribution to what the world has to offer us all.”

This is a unique opportunity to witness the artistic evolution of a multifaceted creative mind. Join us at Nubuke Foundation to explore the captivating works of Kweku Adu-Gyamfi Opoku.
